Your e-ticket will have the details of your hand baggage and checked baggage allowance. It may vary from airline to airline and region to region.
Some airlines may also charge a fee for your checked bags and allow you to pay for the baggage in advance which may result in saving of time and money at the time of check-in. Request you to visit the airline's website for current and updated information.

The name on your e-ticket must match with the name on your passport or the Govt. ID. In case of a mismatch, kindly get in touch with us as soon as you notice it. Please note that any changes to a flight ticket will always carry a fee even if it is a minor change like a mismatch on the name. Our endeavor will be to work out the best possible solution for you but at times, we are restricted by airline rules and policies.
You will see multiple charges on your credit card in case, there are multiple airlines in your itinerary or multiple passengers are booked on the same reservation. You will see a charge for each ticket processed separately. Any service fees, taxes or additional services may also show as separate charges. When summed up together these charges should be the exact match of the total amount you were quoted, until unless there are multiple currencies involved.

You can email us your cancellation request. We offer same day cancellation before the date change. You can also cancel with the airlines directly. Please note, cancellation attracts a penalty charge that varies from airline to airline. We also charge a service fee.
Our endeavor is to deliver you the e-ticket with 24 hours of receipt of payment and a successful verification process. There could be a possibility that our e-ticket email may end up in your Spam/Junk folder. So, kindly check all the folders before contacting us.
Visa rules are different for every country and as visa rules are subject to change, we would request you to please contact the country specific embassy, consulate or high commission in your region for the specific rules, waivers, documentation and time taken to process the required visa.
Kindly note, as a traveler, it is your responsibility to fulfil all travel requirements and formalities. In the event of you failing to do so, you may be denied boarding.
You can request seat assignments at the time of booking via the contact centre or you may contact our travel consultants post booking or ticket issuance.
Although we will put in your seating request to the respective airlines (wherever applicable), we cannot guarantee a confirmation until unless the airlines return a confirmation.

Every airline has a different policy on seat allocation. Some airlines now charge for seat allocation and some airlines restrict pre-assignment of seats.
Specific seats like bulkhead and emergency exit rows are blocked by the airlines and will be assigned at the airport only.
We recommend that you reach the airport at least 3 hours in advance. It is a good idea to check your flight timings on the airline’s website as well.
